The Book Fair will be open every day after school from 3:30 - 4:30, as well selected times during the school day. We will also be open during the PTO Carnival on Friday from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.

** HS Basketball Games-2/19**
The HS Basketball Games Here on Monday February 19th will start at 6:00pm. This is Varsity Only. Varsity girls vs Cair Paravel followed by the Varsity boys vs Bishop Seabury. The Senior Night Ceremony will be held between games.
The JH Quiz Bowl team traveled to Hartford on Wednesday, February 7th.
The varsity squad placed 2nd going 3-1. Iris S. was our lead scorer with 160 points. Navy V. with the second highest with 50 points.

**Calendar Change**
The HS Softball Game vs Mission Valley originally scheduled on April 9th, has been moved to April 8th 4:00pm. We have also picked up a HS Baseball game with Mission Valley that night as well.
Washburn Tech will be coming to administer the Accuplacer test for students (current sophomores and current juniors) interested in attending Tech in the coming fall semester. The test costs $20 (which is due by this Friday, February 9th) and will take place at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, February 13, 2024. Students need to sign up and make payment by Friday, February 9th in order to qualify for the test offered next Tuesday. The test will help determine if your student qualifies for the program they are interested in. Note that if your child is already in a program at Tech, they do not need to complete this test again. If payment is made by check, it will need to be made out to Washburn Institute Technology and also include the student's name on the check. If paying by cash, please bring the exact amount.
